OAE: Breathtaking Ocean views, extraordinary cuisine and contemporary!
GO: Food is such an important element at a wedding; tell me about your menus/culinary team?
OAE: Our menus are fully customized to each client, incorporating family recipes and favorite fun foods. The foods are all handmade, brought in fresh the day of the event, and everything is sourced locally, using organic and sustainable foods.
GO: What do you do for couples and their guests that set you apart from everyone else?
OAE: We are full service event production with 5 event personnel that work with the client on all aspects of their event. We empower our couples with all the information needed to select their vendors, and provide a personalized timeline calendar to make the planning process easier. We communicate with destination couples via Skype and the internet to detail the event, and full day-of event coordination is included. Also during the event, our bride and groom have their own dedicated attendant for the night.
GO: Do you have selected areas where a couple can elect to take images?
OAE: We are located 4 stories over the Atlantic Ocean with 22 foot floor to ceiling windows everywhere. The contemporary interior of One Atlantic, as well as areas in The Pier Shops at Caesars, where we are located, offer other unique photo opportunities.
GO: What are some of the amenities/special activities that you offer for a couple planning to have a weekend wedding?
OAE: We are full service event production and work with the client on all the aspects of their event, working directly with the local casinos, hotels, restaurants, and golf courses, offering concierge services for all amenities requested.
GO: Do you have unique guest spaces, where out of town guests can feel like they’re also on vacation?
OAE: We are a tourist location with beaches, boardwalk, casino gaming and entertainment, so the guests are truly on vacation!
