At the most recent couture bridal market in NYC a few weeks back, the overall trend floating through the air was “romance.” Many designers found inspiration through the upcoming royal wedding and almost everyone had their “Kate Middleton” gown. This stunning gown below came from the Monique Lhuillier Spring 2012 collection and is Monique’s interpretation of what Kate Middleton would wear if she was asked to design her gown. This stunning gown is ivory re-embroidered and Chantilly lace with long sleeves and a bateau neckline. Monique designed an extremely long cathedral veil to finish off this royal look. This look is regal yet fashion forward for the young trendsetting bride-to-be.
